Last Tuesday 19th June, Australia’s leading organization for analytics professionals, the Institute of Analytics Professionals of Australia (IAPA), announced the finalists of its inaugural Top 25 Analytics Leaders program.
Held in Sydney, the exclusive cocktail event recognised the achievements of the nation’s foremost analytics and business professionals in four key areas of strategy and impact; influence and advocacy, innovation and improvement, and team growth and leadership.
As a Perth based digital performance agency, Bonfire was the only marketing agency Australia-wide to feature in the list. Our Digital Advertising Manager Gabe Mach was recognised in the coveted Top 25 Analytics Leaders shortlist for his extensive work in the field of analytics.
Bonfire’s CEO and Director, Clay Cook, said this was a well-deserved accolade and reflected one of the agency’s core values.
“At Bonfire, we pride ourselves on employing the industry’s brightest minds. They’re the foundation of the impressive results that we deliver for our clients,” he stated.
“Gabe personifies this. His analytical approach extends to almost everything he works on. Whether that be optimising client campaigns or constantly seeking process efficiencies across his department. For Gabe to be acknowledged as one of the top 25 analytics leaders in Australia is an incredible achievement and we’re very proud of him,” said Mr Cook.
The IAPA’s General Manager, Annette Slunjski, said the program highlights the importance of data analytics and science in business no matter the industry.
“All businesses stand to benefit from analytics-led insights. The inaugural cohort of top 25 leaders in analytics spans all industries from financial services, utilities and telco to eCommerce, education, software, IT and government. Consulting organisations are also strongly represented,” said Annette Slunjski, General Manager of IAPA.
