REIWA

Representing over 1,100 agencies and more than 90 per cent of operating real estate agents in WA, REIWA is the state’s peak body for the real estate profession. One of it’s key offerings for members is exposure to property listings on its website. When it needed to bolster traffic to compete with national real estate aggregators, they turned to Bonfire to rapidly grow their organic footprint.

Issue

In 2015, REIWA sought the assistance of Bonfire to help lead their digital marketing strategy. As national competition entered the local market, they needed to increase website traffic and online brand awareness to reassert their position as WA’s industry leader. Ambitious goals were set to help them reclaim critical market share.

Methodology

By reverse engineering Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) best practice, we addressed the technical issues with their website and built a road map to improve their organic search footprint. Given the impressive SEO results our team delivered, REIWA felt confident to task us with the creation and implementation of their Remarketing campaigns. These campaigns help increase vital return visitation to the REIWA site, providing additional value to agents.
