COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY AND HOW TO ENTER

  1. To be eligible, entrants must be currently living in Australia and be available to attend the AFL game on Sunday the 16th of July, 2017 at 2:40pm at Domain Stadium.
  2. Entrants must also be of 18+ years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  3. Entry is made by:
    1. Liking the post on Bonfire’s Facebook page.
    2. “Commenting” under the competition post on Bonfire’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BonfireGroup/ the name of the team the hope will win the derby. i.e. Eagles or Dockers. Variations are also accepted.
    3. An additional or bonus entry is obtained by individuals who ‘share’ the post ‘publicly’ on their timeline.
  4. One entry is allowed per person through ‘liking’ the post and an additional entry is permitted by ‘sharing’ the post.
  5. Staff members of Bonfire are not eligible to enter the competition.
  6. Competition commences on Friday the 7th of July and closes at 10am AWST on Thursday 13th July 2017.

PRIZE

  1. The winners will receive 2 X box tickets each (1 X double pass), as well as food and drinks provided by Bonfire.
  2. This prize must be taken as offered. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferrable or non-exchangeable for cash or services.

WINNER

  1. There will be 2 winners who will each receive double passes (2 tickets) offered by Bonfire.
  2. The winner should privately message Bonfire to claim their tickets by 5pm on Thursday the 13th of July, or the prize will be redrawn.
  3. The winner will be drawn randomly from the list of entrants on Facebook.
  4. The tickets will be collected by the winner from a dedicated staff member from Bonfire on Friday the 14th of July between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm. Other pickup times can be arranged.
  5. The winner will be announced via Bonfire’s Facebook page on Thursday the 13th of July 2017 after midday.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Promoter of this competition is Bonfire Group, Level 1, 1 Rokeby Road, Subiaco WA 6008.
  2. This competition will be run ONLY through our Facebook social media page.
  3. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
  4. Bonfire will take no responsibility if the prize winner’s contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted. Should the winner not respond, the prize winner will be reconsidered.
  5. The prize will be provided to the winner prior to the event and the game commencing.
  6. Bonfire has the right to remove any content or information you post on our social media if we believe that it violates Facebook’s policies.
  7. Lewd and discriminatory posts of any kind will be removed from Bonfire’s pages.
  8. We reserve the right to disqualify any individual who does not comply with our terms and conditions and to also cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion if we are required to do so.
  9. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by Bonfire.
  10. Eligible entrants consent to Bonfire the use of personal information provided in connection with this competition for the purposes of awarding the prize.
