Based in West Perth, Perth Wellness Centre is the leading provider of allied health services including advanced Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Neurofeedback, Psychology, Counselling and more. As a multidisciplinary practice, they offer a holistic healthcare experience with a unique Chemical-Emotional-Physical perspective tailored to meet the specific needs of their patients.

The Process:
Improving patients’ health and wellbeing is Perth Wellness Centre’s main priority. To continue their success, they realised they would need to attract new patients and increase awareness of their brand. They engaged Bonfire’s team to identify the best digital marketing strategy to help them:

The Solution:
With the Perth Wellness Centre’s key business objectives in mind, Bonfire’s team developed a robust organic search marketing strategy and implemented artificial intelligence (AI) led call tracking. Between March and June 2018, the campaign has performed exceptionally well. Organic traffic has increased 52% year on year and organic conversions have increased by a remarkable 126% year on year. SEO now delivers an incredible 52% of website traffic and 70% of total website conversions. In addition, 14 keywords appear on the first page of Google and eight keywords appear in the top three positions on Google. This is a significant achievement as prior to the campaign, many keywords did not even appear on the first 10 pages of Google. Since call tracking was introduced there have been 336 phone calls, 196 of these were first-time callers.
