Paul Tonich
Paul Tonich was born in Perth and grew up watching his entrepreneurial parents, create and run 3 businesses 7 days a week.
After graduating from high school, Paul joined the WA Police Force. He served 10 years developing specialist skills as a trained negotiator and detective.
In 1998 with nothing to lose and a burning desire to succeed, Paul began a career in property and currently is the Director of The Agency – Perth Property Team.
Paul’s skills in strategy, problem solving and negotiation allowed him to sell well over 2500 homes worth more than $800,000,000 holding the award as Perth’s TOP Agent for 6 consecutive years and a reputation around the country as an industry icon.
In the past 20 years, Paul has actively shared his systems and strategies with over 40,000 people across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South Africa coaching a variety of individuals and teams.
Oliver Warr
Oliver is an esteemed sales leader with over 15 years experience managing sales professionals and building strong business relationships.
Oliver spent 7 years at Community Newspaper Group where he successfully managed and mentored high performing sales teams and was responsible for establishing a significant number of partnerships with clients in the Health, Finance, Real Estate, Education and Government sectors.
Oliver is currently Head of Sales at Southern Cross Care WA, one of WA’s leading aged care providers, where he has been instrumental in growing the sales team and building the sales capability of the organisation.
David Sierakowski
David graduated from Aquinas College in 1992 and spent the next 11 years of his adult life chasing his childhood dream of becoming an AFL player.
This dream was realised in 1993 when he made his debut with St Kilda Football Club and went on to play 93 games including the 1997 AFL Grand Final.
After finishing his playing career with the West Coast Eagles, David went on to be Senior Assistant Coach with Subiaco Football Club where the league team won 4 premierships in 6 years.
Following a successful career in AFL, David went on to manage a number of successful businesses in the fitness, events and entertainment industries.
David’s wealth of experience and ability to build relationships and brands, led him to Bonfire in 2019 where he works as a Senior Digital Advisor.
