Set to open on the 15th of October 2017, the InterContinental Perth City Centre will be the 6th InterContinental hotel in Australia, and the first in Western Australia. As a branch of the InterContinental Hotels Group, the hospitality giants have been pioneering travel across the globe for over 70 years, and were the first ever international luxury hotel company.

The Process:

It’s no secret online competition for hotels and business accommodation in Australia is high. Recognising this, the InterContinental Perth City Centre sought out our team to help kick-start their digital strategy. We sat down with them and discussed their initial goals which included:
